Quick answer
Does StatesideIP give refunds?
Yes, for plans, in defined cases: A plan is credited back to your balance if you ask within 24 hours of purchase and used less than 100 MB, or if a mobile port cannot be delivered; the crypto balance itself is not refundable. A refunded plan goes back to your StatesideIP balance, not to your wallet. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable. No KYC is needed to ask.
Refunds are issued by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA), which operates StatesideIP.
1. When can I get a refund?
StatesideIP credits a plan back to your balance in these cases:
- A plan is credited back to your balance if you ask within 24 hours of purchase and used less than 100 MB, or if a mobile port cannot be delivered; the crypto balance itself is not refundable.
- A paid order that is not delivered after the required confirmations.
The crypto balance itself is never paid back out. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable, so you can use it for any later plan.
2. How do I ask for a refund?
Refund requests go by email. No ID or documents are needed.
Write to support
Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request". If your account has an email address, write from that address.
Identify the order
Give the order date, the product (residential, dedicated port or rotating mobile) and the exact top-up amount, coin and date.
Say why
Explain in one or two sentences why the order qualifies, for example that the port was never delivered.
3. Where does a refund go?
A refund is credited to your StatesideIP balance, in US dollars, as soon as support approves it. StatesideIP does not send crypto back to a wallet. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable. Support confirms the amount by email first (Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week).
4. What is not refundable?
- The crypto balance itself (top-ups are not refundable).
- Orders outside the refund rule in section 1.
- Traffic already used, and port time already used, outside that rule.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse under the Acceptable Use Policy, including any unused balance.
- Network fees you paid on your original payment.
- Funds sent on the wrong network or to an expired invoice, when they cannot be recovered.
5. Can I file a chargeback on a crypto payment?
No. Crypto payments are final once they confirm on the blockchain, so there is no chargeback route. This refund policy is the only way to get money back, and StatesideIP handles every request by email at [email protected].
6. Changes to this policy
StatesideIP may update this policy. A change applies to orders placed after the updated date, and major changes appear in the changelog. The Terms of Service include this policy.
