Quick answer

How do I contact StatesideIP?

Email StatesideIP support at [email protected] for orders, setup and refunds (Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week). Report abuse from a StatesideIP IP to [email protected]. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Pre-sales questions are welcome too: residential plans start at $1.50 for 1 GB. Every plan, including the smallest, is paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance (never expires, non-refundable). No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto.

The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. StatesideIP is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA); the team has been in the proxy business since 2019.

What should a support email include?

A support email gets a faster answer when it names the order and the problem. Include:

  • the product: residential, dedicated 4G/5G port or rotating mobile;
  • the order date, and for a payment question the exact top-up amount, the coin and the network;
  • the sub-user and the targeting segments you used, such as country-us-state-tx-city-houston;
  • the exact error, such as 407 Proxy Authentication Required, and the time with its time zone.

Never send your proxy password or your account number by email. For setup problems, the getting-started guide answers most questions first.

What should an abuse report contain?

An abuse report should let StatesideIP find the traffic and act on it. Send it to [email protected] with:

  • the StatesideIP IP address involved;
  • the date and time of the activity, with the time zone (UTC is easiest);
  • the target host or URL, and the type of abuse, such as spam or login attempts;
  • log lines or request headers that show the traffic;
  • your name or organization and a way to reach you.

Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Accounts that break the Acceptable Use Policy are suspended or terminated. Reports from site owners, network operators and security teams are welcome.

I lost my account number: can support help?

Support can help when you can show that the account is yours. Account-number login; email is optional.

  • With an email on file: write to [email protected] from that address.
  • Without an email: give the exact amount, coin and date of one of your top-ups; each top-up has a unique amount, so support can use it to confirm ownership.

To avoid the problem, store your account number in a password manager, and consider adding an email address to your account.

Can I reach StatesideIP by phone, Telegram or social media?

No: StatesideIP works by email only, at the two addresses on this page. There is no phone line, and no official Telegram, WhatsApp or social media account. Treat any such account that uses the StatesideIP name as unofficial, and never send it payment or login details.
