What StatesideIP keeps about your account, what it never collects, and how to use your privacy rights.

Quick answer

What personal data does StatesideIP keep?

StatesideIP keeps little personal data. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records (amount, coin, network, date) and traffic totals per sub-user. We do not log the content of your requests. An email address is kept only if you choose to add one. StatesideIP never asks for ID documents, selfies, a name or a home address, because there is no KYC and payment is in crypto.

1. Who is responsible for your data

ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that operates StatesideIP, is responsible for the personal data described here, as the Terms of Service explain. Privacy questions go to [email protected].

2. What we collect

We keep your account number, orders, top-up records (amount, coin, network, date) and traffic totals per sub-user. We do not log the content of your requests. The table lists each item, why we keep it and where it comes from.

3. What we never collect

  • ID documents, selfies or proof of address: there is no KYC.
  • Card or bank details: we accept crypto only.
  • The content of your requests: we do not log it.

Your proxy traffic passes through established partner networks, which run their own systems. The sourcing page explains how StatesideIP works with them.

4. Cookies

The dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The dashboard needs it to work, and it ends when you sign out or when the session expires.

5. Payments

Crypto payments for plans on the pricing page go through a payment processor, which we do not name publicly. The processor receives the order amount and the transaction data needed to confirm the payment. It receives no ID documents from us, because we hold none. Public blockchains record transactions openly, so keep that in mind when you choose a wallet.

6. How we use your data

We use the data above to run your account, deliver credentials, show usage, answer support requests, process refunds, handle abuse reports and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

7. Who we share data with

  • Our payment processor, for the payment data it needs to confirm an order.
  • Partner networks, only for what they need to carry your traffic and handle abuse reports.
  • Authorities, when valid legal process requires it under applicable law. We can only provide data we hold, as listed in section 2.

We share nothing else, with no one else.

8. How long we keep data

We keep account data while your account is active. After that, we keep it only as long as needed for refunds, accounting, abuse handling and legal duties. We do not publish fixed retention periods yet. Ask [email protected] for the period that applies to a given type of data.

9. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and its data. Write to [email protected] from the email on your account, or give the exact amount, coin and date of one of your top-ups so we can confirm the account is yours. Deleting an account ends access to any unused balance.

  • California residents have rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA.
  • Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and, in Quebec, under Law 25.

We answer within the time the applicable law sets. The glossary explains these laws in plain terms.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. Your account number is your login, so store it in a password manager and never share it. Change any proxy password that you think has leaked.

11. Age limit

The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold data about children.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The updated date shows the current version, and major changes appear in the changelog. Privacy questions and requests: [email protected].
