The rules for buying and using StatesideIP US and Canada proxies.

**Quick answer — What are the key terms of StatesideIP?**

**StatesideIP** sells US and Canada proxies to account-number accounts, with no KYC and crypto-only payment in US dollars. Residential traffic does not expire. Refunds follow the refund policy, use follows the Acceptable Use Policy, and abuse leads to termination without a refund. The service is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA).

## 1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StatesideIP proxies, the website at https://statesideip.com and the customer dashboard. The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. StatesideIP is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA); the team has been in the proxy business since 2019. The seller, ProxyGoat LLC, is named at checkout and on every receipt. In these Terms, "we" means ProxyGoat LLC, and "you" means the account holder. By buying or using the service, you accept these Terms.

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and old enough to sign a contract where you live. You must not use the service where local law forbids it. You buy for your own use or your organization's use, not for resale, unless we agree in writing.

## 3. The service

We provide three products:

- residential proxies billed per GB. Targeting: Country, state or province, city, ZIP code and ASN (ISP);
- dedicated 4G/5G mobile ports on T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon in the US, and Rogers, Bell and TELUS in Canada;
- rotating mobile proxies billed per GB.

The service uses bandwidth from established partner networks, described on the [sourcing page](https://statesideip.com/sourcing/). Exit IPs come from real home and carrier networks and change over time. We do not promise a specific IP, a number of IPs, or stock in every ZIP code or ASN at every moment.

## 4. Accounts

Account-number login; email is optional. We do not ask for ID, a selfie or documents. Your account number works like a password, so keep it secret. You are responsible for all use of your account, your proxy credentials and your sub-users. If you add an email address, keep it current so that we can reach you about your orders.

## 5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and listed on the [pricing page](https://statesideip.com/pricing/). Payment is in crypto only: BTC, USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), USDC (ERC-20), ETH, LTC or SOL.

- Send the amount shown on the invoice, on the network shown on the invoice.
- You pay the network fees for your own payment.
- Funds sent on another network, or after an invoice has expired, may not be recoverable.
- Price changes apply to new orders only, not to orders you have already paid.

## 6. Delivery

Credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as you buy a plan from your confirmed crypto balance. If a dedicated mobile port cannot be delivered, the [refund policy](https://statesideip.com/refunds/) applies.

## 7. Traffic, ports and fair use

Residential traffic does not expire. A dedicated mobile port runs for the period you bought: 1 day, 7 days or 30 days. Mobile data: Unlimited data on a dedicated port (fair use: one customer per modem, no resale). We may limit traffic patterns that harm a partner network or other customers, such as floods of failed requests.

## 8. Refunds

Refunds follow the [refund policy](https://statesideip.com/refunds/), which applies this rule. A plan is credited back to your balance if you ask within 24 hours of purchase and used less than 100 MB, or if a mobile port cannot be delivered; the crypto balance itself is not refundable. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by a chargeback, so the refund policy is the only route for a refund.

## 9. Acceptable use

The [Acceptable Use Policy](https://statesideip.com/acceptable-use/) is part of these Terms. Blocked on every product: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587. You must not try to get around these blocks, and you are responsible for the traffic sent with your credentials.

## 10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We may also do so to protect partner networks, other customers or third parties. Accounts terminated for abuse receive no refund. You may stop using the service at any time; unused balances are refunded only as the refund policy allows.

## 11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or a specific uptime. Maintenance, partner network changes and events outside our control can interrupt it. Incidents are listed on the [status page](https://statesideip.com/status/). We may change, add or remove features, locations or plans, and paid orders keep their purchased traffic or port time.

## 12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that any target site will accept a proxy IP. We do not promise that every IP geolocation database will place an IP where you expect. You are responsible for how you use any data you collect through the service.

## 13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

## 14. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from third-party claims caused by your use of the service. This applies when you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or use the service unlawfully.

## 15. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms. The updated date shows the current version, and changes apply from that date to new orders and continued use. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
